Sleegers Technique is a developer of innovative machines to improve specific processes in food production. Next to that Sleegers has the VI line. These are modules that are accessible to a larger group of producers. How exactly does that work?
More than 45 VI modules
Meanwhile Sleegers has developed more than 45 VI modules. This always starts with a cooperation project: together with a producer we develop an innovative machine to solve a certain challenge. These are long-term projects. The solutions we apply in these projects, we use again in the Sleegers VI modules. These modules are accessible to a larger number of producers. As a result, we all benefit from it.
The adaptation-collaboration process
The VI modules are not simply suitable for all products. Regular adaptations are needed to make a certain module suitable. We then enter into an adjustment-collaboration process with that producer.
The VI machine line provides Sleegers Technique with the necessary stability, so that innovative projects remain possible.
In the next blog I will tell you how the 'VI' line was developed.
