Vega is just like meat, but different

There are several bottlenecks in the vegetarian market for which we are developing solutions. Take for example the fact that the substance is more granular than meat. During the production process, chunks fall off. These have to be cleared away so that the conveyor belt  remains clean. Only when you actually run the vegetarian products over the hamburger line, you see where the gaps are. Then you know which parts of the process need to be examined more closely. 

Fish production machines as a starting point

Suppose you want to produce vegetarian schnitzels, that is a different process than for meat. Meat involves slicing, whereas vegetarian schnitzels involve pressing a substance into a form. More like hamburgers, but in a different form. There are already several fish products that are produced in this way by Sleegers machines. That knowledge is used in the Vega market. We take the machines for fish production as a starting point, and continue to develop from there. Of course we are not going to invent the wheel twice, because that wouldnt benefit anyone.
