Sleegers Technique bv has everything in-house for tailor-made machines: from design to realisation and service. And sometimes such a custom-made product also offers possibilities for other companies. In that case a series product can also be made. A good example is the hamburger line.

"One customer wanted to have several hamburgers processed by machine at the same time", says director Huub Sleegers. "And so we set to work and developed this machine. Grouping, dripping, dehydrating, packing and disposing: it's a real all-rounder".

Basic customization

But why keep reinventing the wheel? Sleegers: "We want to move towards a serial approach. There are more companies that can use a machine like this. The basis is there and we can then further adapt it to specific wishes".

Striving for perfection

This has a big advantage for customers, because the process can now run much faster. Without this being at the expense of the product. "We have very high quality standards," explains Sleegers. "With us you can find the Mercedes among the machines."

Top quality service

The installation and aftercare are therefore of a very high level. "In the event of a malfunction, we can even log on to the machine remotely and investigate what the problem is. If necessary, we can set any parameters right away. As a result, the production process is never at a standstill for long".
