For Sleegers Technique fish is a rather new market. In this branch a lot of work is still done manually. In order to promote automation, we would like to conclude a kind of covenant with fish producers. By entering together into an innovation traject, we can lift the processing of fish to a higher level.
Limiting the residual product
A salmon fillet, just like tuna and other fish species, is an expensive product. We want to focus on using as much of the fish as possible, and as little as possible is lost. To achieve this, we are looking for fish producers who want to take the lead in their sector. It works best if the cooperation partner is reasonably close by. A lot is possible online. But to really optimize sparring, it is better to do that in the Sleegers Experience Center. There we have the materials, the know-how, and the possibility to try out ideas. I would like to ask those producers: "Are we going to explore whether we can work together?
Just let me know if you feel addressed.
In the next blog, I'll describe how your production process goes with the Beat 'm All Slicer.
