The VI-43 Reject system sorts portions according to set weights, correct weight portions will go straight through and can be rotation corrected if needed on the rotation belt. Off weight portions go up to the correction belt where they can be corrected according to the information shown on the display. The display will show exactly how much weight to add or remove from which portion. Beginning and end pieces are sorted out and go down to a bin or other. The complete servo driven system is fast, accurate, reliable and guarantees accurate and constant results. The user friendly interface makes it easy to switch between recipes, change parameters and see your production history. This machine is developed with an eye on hygiene, operation and maintenance, it can be cleaned in just 3 minutes and with standard IP65 classification suitable for cold and wet environments.
